Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3D is a highly anticipated handheld game in the multi-million dollar Splinter Cell series and one of the most acclaimed franchises of all time.

Sam Fisher is sent behind enemy lines on the Korean Peninsula to prevent World War III by investigating the party responsible for sinking the USS Clarence E Walsh, the US's most advanced cruiser.

Through his investigation, Sam learns that the key parties planning to use the Masse Kernels to start World War III are War Comrade Douglas Shetland, Displace International, and Admiral Otomo, the third echelon contact of the Self-Defense Force information (I-SDF).
